Hello, I'm Nathan. My passion is creating digital products.
My work has been recognized by The International Academy of Visual Arts, The Los Angeles Press Club, Wired Magazine, Thrillist, Buzzfeed, Gizmodo, and the Webbys. The redesign of KCRW.com was awarded the 19th annual Webby Award and Recently, Discover Los Angeles, a contextual application made by Iconoclash Design for LA Tourism, LA Arts Commission, and LA Metro, launched in the Apple App Store and Google Play in June, 2017.
I understand what needs to happen to launch a successful project. From internal buy-in on the initial concept to everything in-between for launch. I also have extensive experience tracking the project post-launch with advanced analytics reports and A/B testing. My background is a mix of business side project and client management, and technical production-- front-end development and design, and also experience in backend systems.
I also oversee content production. At KCRW I built a team capable of producing original HD video content. From filming, post production, through distribution and partnerships. Content my team produced can be found on NPR, iTunes, TunedIn, iHeartRadio, Spotify, Stitcher, and many other services.
On my spare time, I like to get out into nature on backpacking trips, and supporting causes I believe in. In May 2017, I returned from Nairobi, Kenya where I volunteered as a Technology Advisor for the Danish Refugee Council.

Nathan is one of the most technically sound, innovative, and savvy web specialists I have ever come across in my professional career. There really is not one thing I can think of that Nathan cannot do with software, hardware, web applications, design, development or coding. He was an invaluable asset to our company and I would highly recommend that if you are lucky enough to have Nathan in your organization already then make sure you hold on to him and if you are not fortunate enough to have him on your team then to do whatever it takes to make that happen.
